Create New Personnel Template

Using Personnel Templates

Personnel Templates are predefined user profiles with selected fields already filled in. They save time by automatically applying these settings when creating new users. Templates are especially useful for managing large groups of users, since any changes made to the template will automatically update all users assigned to it.

Create a Personnel Template

  1. From the main menu, go to Access Control > Personnel Manager.

  2. Click the Commands button (top-right), then select Personnel Templates.

  3. In the pop-up window, click + Add to create a new template.

  4. Enter a name for the template.

  5. Select the required fields and enter the corresponding information.

    • When applied, these values will automatically populate in user profiles.

  6. Assign the appropriate Access Levels from the relevant controller groups.

  7. When finished, scroll to the top and click Save.

  8. In the confirmation message, click Save and Download to apply the template to users.

  9. Click Close to complete the process.
