Enabling or Disabling a Personnel Record

Disabling a personnel record blocks all credentials linked to that user, regardless of their status, preventing access to the facility. You can re-enable the record at any time using the same option.

Steps to Enable or Disable a User

  1. From the Navigation menu, go to Access Control Personnel Manager.

  2. In the Search field, enter the user’s name and select their record.

  3. Below the user’s picture, click Disable/Enable to change the record’s status.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.
