Enabling or Disabling a Personnel Record
Disabling a personnel record blocks all credentials linked to that user, regardless of their status, preventing access to the facility. You can re-enable the record at any time using the same option.
Steps to Enable or Disable a User
From the Navigation menu, go to Access Control → Personnel Manager.
In the Search field, enter the user’s name and select their record.
Below the user’s picture, click Disable/Enable to change the record’s status.
Click Save to apply the changes.
