Note: This guide is meant for installing/upgrading UnityIS Web On-Prem. For UnityIS Web Cloud hosted, IMRON team takes care of the installation and upgrading the software.
- Log into windows with a Windows Administrator account.
- Download the software from your dealer account and email support@imron.com for this link.
- After the download has completed, right click on the file UnityIS_Full_Install.exe and then click Run as Administrator.
- Click Yes on the security warning window.
- In the UnityIS WEB Configuration step, type in the details for WEB configuration and lick on Next.
- In the License Type Window, select Web Server and then click on Next.
- In the License Agreement Window, read the license agreement terms and conditions and then select I accept the agreement and click on Next.
- In the Destination Location, specify the installation path leave the default path and then click on Next.
- In ready to Install window, confirm your installation configuration and then click on Install to start the installation.
- Setup files will start to install and you can now see the progress bar. Please note that MariaDB installation is included by default in the software installation.
- After the installation is complete, you will see Dongle Registration Wizard window. Copy and send the Serial Number, that you see in the dongle registration window, to suppport@imron.com to get your registration and feature codes.
- Enter your registration and feature codes that were provided to you by IMRON support and then click on OK. You should see a message saying "The Registration code was successfully entered."
- In the next step, you will see MariaDB Connection window, this will create an empty MariaDB database for UnityIS Web. Enter the connection info and click on Next arrow button.
- In the next screen you can either Create New Database and type in the database name, to create a new empty database, or choose from the drop down list of databases that you already have. Click on next to proceed with your selection.
- The database will be created/imported into MariaDB and the software will be pointed to the newly created MariaDB database.
- Click on OK and then click on Finish to finish the installation.
