Overview

As a system ages, Access Levels that were created at the beginning may become less often used. In which case it may become necessary to organize the more frequently used Access Levels to the top, by moving the less frequently used ones to the end of the list. The Data Import Utility (version 11.1.22 and above) has a function to move a block of Access Levels to the end of the Access Level list.

Steps

1. Select the 'Functions -> Access Levels -> Move a Block of Access Levels to the End' from the top menu of the Data Import Utility.
2. Enter the number that represents the Controller Group for the block of Access Levels that you wish to move.
3. Enter the Starting Access Level ID for the block of Access Levels.
4. Enter the Ending Access Level ID for the block of Access Levels.
