Creating and Editing Time Schedules

Overview

A Time Schedule defines the specific time periods when users are allowed access through doors or when doors automatically lock or unlock based on a set schedule. This feature helps enforce access control policies and streamline building operations.


How to Access and Configure a Time Schedule

  1. Open the Time Schedule Module

    • From the main menu, go to Access ControlTime Schedule.

  2. Select a Time Schedule

    • Use the dropdown menu to choose the Time Schedule you want to create or edit.

    • If you're using controller groups, ensure the correct group is selected.

  3. Rename the Time Schedule

    • Under the Command section, click Rename Time Schedule.

    • Enter a meaningful description, then click Save to update the name.

  4. Add Time Intervals

    • Click +Interval 1 to expand the first interval.

    • Enter the Start Time and Stop Time.

    • Select the applicable Days of the Week and Holiday Group(s).

  5. Save Your Changes

    • Click the Save button to apply the new schedule settings.

You can create up to 12 intervals within a single Time Schedule to cover multiple access periods (e.g., morning and afternoon sessions with a break in between), click here to create multiple intervals
