How to capture an HAR file (Chrome or Edge)
Step-by-step (simple)
- Open Chrome or Edge
- Press F12 (or right-click → Inspect)
- Go to the Network tab
- Check “Preserve log”
- (Optional but recommended) Check “Disable cache”
- Reproduce the issue:
- Navigate to the badge preview
- Wait for the PDF to fail to load
- In the Network tab:
- Right-click anywhere in the request list
- Select “Save all as HAR with content”
