Troubleshooting- STid Mobile Credentials Issues

This article is for troubleshooting issues with the Stid Mobile app on Android or iOS devices

For iOS Devices:

Issue:  the STid Mobile app immediately closes when you try to launch it


Cause:  the cause of this issue is related to the app version 3.1.2


Resolution:  

  • Do not uninstall the app
  • Go to the App store
  • Search for the STid mobile app
  • Click on the ‘Update’ button.


For Android Devices:
