Audit History Reports

The Audit History report shows all changes made to the system, including who made the changes, when they were made, where they were made, and what was changed.


Accessing the Report

  1. From the main menu or sidebar, select Reports.

  2. From the selector at the top, choose History – Audits.


Defining Report Criteria

  • Who – Select the operator who made the changes.

  • Where – Choose the module where the changes occurred.

  • When – Select the date or date range.

    • Default is today.

    • To set a custom range, define Begin Date/Time and End Date/Time.

    • Use the Interval option to filter changes within a specific time window.

  • What – Choose the type of changes made in the selected module.

SQL Tab – Displays the SQL query based on your selections. You can also schedule automated reports to be emailed daily or monthly.


Viewing and Exporting the Report

  1. Click the Preview Data/Print icon (top-right) to view the results in table format.

    • The report will display data based on the Who, What, Where, and When criteria.

  2. To export, save the report in one of the following formats:

    • TAB-delimited text file

    • CSV file

    • Word (DOCX)

    • PDF
