Adding or Deleting an Operator (Web Client)

Add a New Operator

  1. From the main screen, click on your login in the top-right corner, then select Operators.

  2. The Operators menu will appear in the left sidebar.

  3. Click on the Operators command button, then select + New Operator.

  4. In the Operator Information window, enter the details:

    • Username: The login name for the operator.

    • Profile: Assign the appropriate permissions based on the operator’s profile.

    • Password / Re-enter Password: Set a password (must meet the required criteria).

    • Authentication: Select the type of authentication for the operator.

    • Linked To: Optionally link the operator to a Personnel record from Personnel Manager.

  5. Click Save to create the operator.


Delete an Operator

  1. Open the Operators menu from the sidebar.

  2. Click on the Operators command button, then select x Delete Operator.

  3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete Operator to permanently remove the operator.
