Alarm Manager- Auto Alarm

Auto Alarm Overview

The Auto Alarm feature automatically opens the Alarm Manager and displays the most recent, highest-priority alarm when enabled.

This article explains how to configure Auto Alarm.

Steps to Configure Auto Alarm

  1. Click on your login in the top-right corner and select Profiles.

  2. Open the Hardware tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Monitor and Control section and locate Auto Alarm.

  4. Set Auto Alarm to Auto Popup Alarm and click Save.

  5. Go to the Dashboard and trigger an alarm to test the configuration.

Notes

  • When Auto Alarm is set to Auto Popup Alarm, the Alarm Manager opens automatically if more than one alarm is active.

  • If Auto Alarm is enabled while the operator is in Profile Editor or System Settings, the Alarm Manager will not display automatically. This behavior is intentional, allowing admins to disable the feature if runaway alarms occur.
